We have set up DevOps from scratch many times. We have dealt with startup. Before us, applications were launched via Docker Compose and some of them were not versioned in Git.

We set up a centralized, highly available, multi-tenant monitoring stack based on Victoria Metrics.
We established authentication and authorization via Keycloak, configured a role-based model, and customized Grafana to provide granular access based on the end user’s roles specified in Keycloak.
It provide users to access only to the dashboards and metrics they are authorized to view. Additionally, users have access to alerting functionality through Alertmanager.
